Hon. Josses Lelmengit (UDA) serves as the Member of Parliament representing Emgwen Constituency in the National Assembly of Kenya. Emgwen Constituency: .is one of the six constituencies in Nandi county,namely Aldai, Mosop, Tinderet, Nandi Hills, and Chesumei, Emgwen Constituency has 4 wards, 13locations,and 39 Emgwen constitueny has a total area in of 368KMand population 180,000 people. VISION: To be a model constituency in Kenya delivering equitable socio-economic transformation, modern education infrastructure, and empowered communities. MISSION: To efficiently mobilize and utilize NG-CDF public resources through transparent, accountable, and participatory governance for sustainable grassroots development in Emgwen Constituency.
